Episode 23: Living 10 days like a monk - Vipassana

LISTEN TO THE EPISODES HERE: https://smartlink.ausha.co/a-seat-with-me-2

Today, we are talking about my experience at my first Vipassana course. It’s a 10 days course where you learn the Vipassana Technique (more than 2500 years old) as well as Dhamma (the teachings of Buddha). During those 10 days: no talking, no phone, no eye contact, no writing, no reading, no distractions at all… except your mind. You meditate for upwards of 10hours a day and you have 2 meals and a snack. It is more than a meditation retreat and it is definitely  NOT a holiday! It is a real meditation course (that is free and accessible to everyone) and you go there to look inwards and explore your own self. Isn’t that great?

This was BY FAR one of the best experiences of my entire life so far.

If you are even remotely interested by it, I strongly recommend you go and learn the techniques… without doing too much research prior to it. Just allow yourself to discover and learn about Vipassana in the right settings and give 10days of your life to forever change your Self.

So come and take,
